My name is Belinda Nkaime. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New Mexico. My clients include people with different Mental Health related struggles and diagnosis across the Life span.

I very much like a positive and holistic approach. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you.

A mental health evaluation aims to assess an individual’s emotional and psychological well-being. It involves gathering information about a person’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and overall mental health status.

Mental Health Treatment

Many people diagnosed with mental illness achieve strength and recovery through participating in individual or group treatment. There are many different treatment options available. There is no treatment that works for everyone – individuals can chose the treatment, or combination of treatments, that works best.
